- 1 Cup Fresh Uncooked Beet Root
- 1 Cup Chopped Carrots
- 1 Slice Lemon
- 1 Small Piece Ginger Root About and inch
- 1/2 Cup Rasberries Fresh or Frozen
- 1 Tbsp Pumpkin Seeds Raw
Instructions
- All all dry Ingredients to blender
- Pour in water
- Blend Until Smooth
- Enjoy over a glass of ice
