Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Fresh Uncooked Beet Root
  • 1 Cup Chopped Carrots
  • 1 Slice Lemon
  • 1 Small Piece Ginger Root About and inch
  • 1/2 Cup Rasberries Fresh or Frozen
  • 1 Tbsp Pumpkin Seeds Raw

Instructions
 

  • All all dry Ingredients to blender
  • Pour in water
  • Blend Until Smooth
  • Enjoy over a glass of ice
