Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup couscous
  • 1/2 cup vegetable broth chicken stock can be used as well
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil or butter

Instructions
 

  • Bring water, vegetable broth and olive oil to a boil 
  • Add couscous and stir 
  • Remove from heat, let sit for 4-5 minutes, fluff with fork
  • Enjoy
