I purchased this product and begin using it immediately! I have used it in a smoothie, in juice and also mixed with 8 oz of water.. I was drawn more to mixing it with the water to ensure I’m not adding any other flavors and/or ingredients to it, because I absolutely love it! I’m a 50 yo woman dealing with perimenopause and the joint pains have been beyond the worse pain ever. I took a chance & ordered 2 powders and I’m overjoyed and grateful that I did.
