Overnight Oats Recipe

Overnight Oats with nut milk is a healthy vegan breakfast option

Equipment

  • 1 Mason Jar

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Oats I prefer rolled
  • 1/2 Cup Granola
  • 1/3 Cup Blueberries Fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 Cup Shredded Coconut flakes
  • 1 Tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Flax Seed or Chia Seeds
  • 1 Dash Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Dash Ground Nutmeg
  • 1 Tbsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Cup Your Favorite Nut milk

Instructions
 

  • combine All dry ingredients in mason Jar
  • Pour 1/2 the milk in
  • Let milk settle a little
  • Add Remainder of milk
  • Let sit in fridge over night
  • Enjoy your healthy plant based breakfast the following morning
