Each month since the beginning of the year I have hosted a fitness or nutrition challenge. The challenge for the month of May was #corechallenge . I challenged my followers, friend and clients to do at least 50 crunches and or sit-ups each day for the entire month.
A few of the ladies on Facebook and Instagram took this challenge to a whole other level. They posted every single day, encouraged each other to not give up, in spite of the initial soreness and even inspired others to accept the challenge. The ladies who were consistent showed results and while I am super proud of each and every person who participated, I am especially proud of my high school pal and track team mate Racquel. https://www.facebook.com/racquel.bryanaljoe Racquel did not miss a day of the #corechallenge and reported losing 3 inches from her waist in the 31 days. Consistency is the key you all. 1 month later and she is still doing her core exercises daily and has accepted this month’s challenge #pushupchallenge and is killing it.
If Racquel and the rest of the ladies can do it, you can do it too my friends. Set your self a monthly goal and stick to it. Find a friend to workout with, someone who will encourage you and help keep you accountable. #getyourassupandmoveyall
